This Return and Refund Policy applies to all users of the NexaFlow website (nexaflow.live), operated by NexaFlow Learning Ltd ("NexaFlow", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Free Content and Tools

The vast majority of content and tools available on nexaflow.live — including all published guides, educational articles, and interactive calculators — are provided free of charge and without any registration requirement. There is nothing to return or refund in relation to free content, as no purchase is made.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy governs any paid digital products, educational materials, or services that NexaFlow may offer now or in the future. At the time of writing, NexaFlow does not sell any products, subscriptions, or paid services. Should this change, this policy will be updated accordingly and the revised date will be noted at the top of this page.

3. Digital Content Policy

If NexaFlow introduces any paid digital educational content (such as downloadable guides, workbooks, or courses), the following general principles will apply:

  • Customers will have the opportunity to review a detailed description of any paid content before purchase
  • Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly where the content was inaccessible due to a technical error on our part
  • Refunds will not generally be issued where digital content has been fully accessed and downloaded, except in cases of documented technical failure
  • All refund requests should be submitted to [email protected] with a description of the issue

4. Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, due to a payment processing issue — please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include your full name, the email address used at purchase, the date of the charge, and the transaction reference if available. We will investigate promptly and issue a full refund if an error is confirmed.

5. Subscription Services

If NexaFlow introduces subscription-based access in the future, subscribers will be able to cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

6. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by British Columbia consumer protection legislation, including the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. Where statutory rights apply, nothing in this policy is intended to limit or override those rights.
